Refund policy

Returns, exchanges and complaints are only acceptable within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Item/s must be returned unused and in the original packaging or carton which must be in the original condition.

Should the above conditions not be met, we reserve the right not to refund you.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Only item/s purchased online at www.litawater.com are allowed to be returned to LITA via online return procedure. 

To log a return, please email us at returns@thelitacompany.com and include your order number.

Return for a refund

Return for a Refund - a refund will be processed after deducting shipping costs incurred by LITA (if any) as well as a processing and handling fee of R100

The customer will be fully liable for all return shipping fees incurred (if applicable).

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the goods.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or bank account (or original method of payment).

Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account depending on the institution you bank with.

Return due to LITA Fault

In the event of a return due to a LITA fault, LITA will cover the full shipping fees incurred.

Please provide a detailed description of the product fault on the returns email.

Once you have submitted the returns email, please send through clear, well lit photographs of the faulty item/(s) to returns@thelitacompany.com and include your order number and name as a reference.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
